Excellent Service
Another HVAC company misdiagnosed our system as having a faulty blower motor. We were left without air conditioning from that unit for two months while they tried to get the part. Out of desperation, we consulted with Conde Tech to see if they could help us find the part. They came to our home quickly, did a thorough inspection and determined it was actually the control board that was the problem. Andrew, our tech, was extremely knowledgeable about how our system worked. Andrew got the part came, back the next day, installed the board, tested the system, and we were back in business immediately. That’s how things should work.
