It was a great experience! Conde tech came and looked at our ac system and gave us multiple options and there recomendation. Matt and Brandon took the time to explain why behind the issues and why behind there recommendations. Matt even had Greg his electrician come out and look at out panel for us because we were looking into changing that too. Greg was very nice and helped us out explaining what was needed to replace the panel we were asking about and very knowledgable and was able to explain everything so we understood. They made sure to answer all our questions. When they came out to install, all the team Brandon Eddie and Carl were wonderfull. Super nice and very friendly and considerate. They answered all my questions in a way I could understand. The install was a great experience. They got the job done and it works great and we feel a big difference in the house. They cleaned up everything and left everything clean. Highly recommend this company, u can tell they care about people and are experts in what they do!

I had my fireplace inspected, cleaned, and general maintenance completed today by Conde Tech Services. The technician was prompt, clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are happy to service higher level walk-up units, too, where other companies don’t. They also service gas furnaces and will offer a 15% discount if you use them for more than one type of service.

Everything that is great about a small, local business
I am so glad that I chose Conde Tech and Matt handled my HVAC replacement. I'm tired of big companies with impersonal service where you go through layers of people, each one giving you a canned phrase about how important you are while not meaning it. My central A/C broke in the summer of 2020 when there were no portable units to buy anywhere. Matt somehow found one, bought it for me, and installed it in my bedroom so we could sleep again. Then he took it back after he installed the new central unit. No charge. Wow. This is a $10k+ job and there's no Wirecutter or Amazon reviews to help make choices. Mostly you have to trust the person selling it to you. Matt explained things well and gave me choices. I felt empowered. Exceptional service and has changed my mindset on the kind of businesses I want to support in the future. I'm no longer just going to take whatever big vendor that Home Depot or Costco assigns to me.
