Our company provides HVAC, electrical, fireplace and water heater service throughout Fairfax County. We bring a high standard of workmanship to every call, but technical ability is only part of the job. How we treat your home, your time, and the people inside matters just as much.

Company History

Matthew Conde spent more than 20 years working in the trades before starting Conde Tech in 2017. During that time, he saw too many customers pushed into decisions that served the company instead of the customer. He also watched skilled employees get treated as replaceable. Matthew believed there was a better way to run a home service business, so he built one.

Conde Tech quickly became known for taking on complicated problems, including systems that had been installed or repaired incorrectly by someone else.

Our technicians are rewarded for doing a job well, not simply for doing it fast. We would rather take the time to find the real problem than leave a customer dealing with the same issue twice.

Since opening, we’ve expanded from HVAC into electrical, water heater, and commercial work.
